With your stay, you’ll receive a daily complimentary breakfast voucher for a French-Asian culinary breakfast experience just a block away. Fresh baked daily and passionately made from the finest ingredients, guests can choose from artisan pastries, savory tarts, doughnuts, hand-crafted beverages, and more! Where can I find the nearest grocery store?
Conveniently, our local New Seasons grocery store is located right behind TheOrenco. We’ve compiled a short video of the walk to New Seasons to help you find it: click here. New Seasons is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. We also have a WinCo grocery store and Costco right down the street.
Does The Orenco provide accommodations for weddings?
We do! We require that the wedding party reserve all ten rooms of our boutique hotel so as not to disturb other guests. Details on wedding accommodations, including pricing, can be found here.
Where can I find the nearest park?
There are several parks around TheOrenco, including Central Park (out our front door, directly to the left—click here for a short video) and Cornell Creek Park around the corner. Cornell Creek Park also features a half-acre off-leash dog park, sand pit, bocce ball court, and ping-pong table.
What is the pet policy at The Orenco?
We happily welcome pets to our Courtyard King rooms for $20/night, which includes a dog bed and treats. Our full pet policy can be found here. Please note that pets are only allowed in your room and courtyard—not common areas of the hotel. If you’re bringing a service animal, you can find our service animal agreement here.
Does The Orenco have an elevator or stairs available?
TheOrenco does not have an elevator. All of our rooms require ascending/descending stairs to access. Porter service to assist with getting your luggage to and from your room is available upon request.
Does The Orenco provide daily housekeeping services?
We refresh guest rooms each day between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to original guest-ready condition unless you request “Do Not Disturb.” If you would like to customize your housekeeping request or skip housekeeping for the day, just send us a text!
How can I locate my Courtyard King room?
If you are staying in one of our Courtyard King Rooms, you do not need to enter the hotel to find your room. We’ve put together a short video to help: click here.
Rooms C1 and B1 are located to the right of the hotel down a few steps (first on the right is C1, second on the right is B1) when you are facing the front door. To locate Room M1, first locate 1454 NE Orenco Station Parkway. When standing at the bottom of the stairs looking up at 1454 (a black front door), Room M1 is located three feet to your right, down four steps.
What is the cancellation policy for the hotel?
Cancellation requests for a full refund will be granted if communicated to TheOrenco by 3:00 p.m. PST a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date. A cancellation fee equal to one-night stay plus tax will be charged for reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival. No refund will be granted for reservations canceled after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
