Swagat Indian Cuisine is Richard’s (one of our owners) favorite restaurant in the neighborhood—and also one of the best restaurants in Orenco Station. Yuki Sushi & Sake Bar

- Less than a block from the hotel
- 1335 NE Orenco Station Pkwy

When you come to the Pacific Northwest, you must eat fresh seafood (it’s an unspoken rule). For some of the best sushi in Hillsboro, stop by Yuki Sushi & Sake Bar—just steps from our front door. Yuki offers a wide selection of Japanese appetizers, salads, noodles, rice bowls, and even bento boxes, but sushi is where they shine. Choose from standard rolls, special rolls, veggie rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. The portions are hearty and the fish is oh-so-fresh. Finish off your meal at this Orenco Station staple with some mochi!
Our Favorite Yuki Sushi Rolls: Waikiki Roll, Spicy Babe Roll
The Dignitary

- 6195 NE Cornell Rd (on the corner)
- Open for Happy Hour (3-6 p.m. and 9-close) and dinner until 10 p.m.
- Closed on Sundays
For a taste of the neighborhood that feels just like the hometown bar in Cheers (but with excellent food and next-level cocktails), spend an evening in the cheerful ambiance of The Dignitary. This new restaurant serves up elevated small plates and comforting entrees in a dining room that both fits for a romantic date and a casual reunion of friends. Order their classic Dignitary Martini or Lavender Gimlet and flip through a menu of classics and modern twists—expertly grilled steaks, pasta, street tacos, and perfectly seasoned fish.
Our Favorite Dishes: Burrata and Root Vegetable Salad, Pear & Prosciutto Flatbread, Key Lime Pie
La Provence Boulangerie & Pâtisserie
- 0.3 miles from the hotel
- 937 NE Orenco Station Loop
- Open daily for breakfast and lunch
Don’t let the name fool you—La Provence offers much more than baked goods and pastries. In fact, this French restaurant along the Orenco Station Loop fills up quickly for breakfast and lunch serving up farm-to-table dishes from their farm in Canby, Oregon. On their menu, you’ll find classics like the Chef’s Omelette and the Day Breaker, but you’ll also see fun twists on brunch like Raspberry Mojito French Toast and Polenta & Eggs. When asked whether you’d like toast or a croissant, order a croissant—their wildly flaky formula yields a beautiful golden brown pastry served up with raspberry sauce for dipping. Plus, you can add on delicate desserts from their extensive pastry case or take home a fresh loaf of bread.
Our Favorite La Provence Dishes: Wild Northwest Salmon Hash, Risotto Cakes & Eggs
